If you received a damaged item you have four days after receiving your items to contact contactus@shecurrency.com, in order to receive information on how to return your damaged item. We will do our best to find a solution to your problem as quick as possible.
Shipping is temporarily U.S only! Please allow 2-3 days of processing your Lash order and 3-5 days for your delivery. If hair was purchased please allow 3-5 days of processing your hair purchase and 3-5 days for your delivery. Shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19. Also please don't wait till last minute to place your order if you need your hair by a certain time, it is best to order your hair in advance. Tracking numbers will be sent via email.
